Web 2.0 Designer
We are seeking to fill a designer role who has deep experience is designing and constructing front end interfaces for contemporary web application projects. The ideal candidate will have strong JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and AJAX skills and has a keen sense for Web 2.0 front end interfaces and the feature sets on sites like facebook, myspace, linkedin, livejournal, xanga, bebo, hi5, friendster, etcetera, twitter, flickr.

Job duties may include the following responsibilities:

  • Creative and Design experience, concepting initial compositions for early stages of projects, and building HTML comps for client interaction and approval
  • Interacting with technical group to convey concepts, direct creative to implementation, and ensure full vision of a design is carried through to final product
  • JavaScript design and implementation for dynamic browser based frontends
  • Extensive use of CSS and library management of styles, approaches, code snippets
  • AJAX integration work
  • Strong knowledge in cross browser compliance, simple interface design, and XHTML compliance

Web 2.0 Client Services (Senior Level)
We are seeking to fill a Client Services position for a motivated individual with strong web experience. This person must have 3-5 years of experience managing client relationships and executing projects for web-based systems, and possess strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have web software experience and good knowledge of web 2.0 technologies and the feature sets on sites like facebook, myspace, linkedin, livejournal, xanga, bebo, hi5, friendster, etcetera.

Job duties may include the following responsibilities:

  • Primary client point of contact for support - monitoring and responding to trouble tickets, answering technical questions, training clients via web conference, etc.
  • Serve as liaison between technical staff and client, to ensure all client requests are fulfilled satisfactorily.
  • Primary client point of contact during initial implementation phase and any subsequent upgrades.
  • Assist in gathering business requirements for new requests from client and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Facilitate and actively manage both internal and external project resource requirements, and manage project plans.

Client Services/Web Support/Project Analyst
We are seeking to hire a smart, driven, detail-oriented and diplomatic individual with strong experience and knowledge of social websites to work in our Harvard Square office.

Roles/Responsibilities:
This is a position in web support that will focus on software, hosting, website development, and design. This is truly a fast-paced, multi-skilled position that involves balancing a wide range of clients, supporting a wide range of websites, troubleshooting and solving issues, providing training, and generally applying a range of skills to support clients needs.

The candidate will closely track all client and audience feedback to help shape product development - from improving the platform to developing new features.

Depending on the candidate's experience, the position may also involve project management including working with the client to define requirements, working with designers and engineering staff, testing releases, and training clients.

The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with our development team as well as with external clients. We are looking for an individual who wants to expand their existing business skills, take on more leadership responsibility, and grow with us.

Job Requirements & Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of social network features and experience participating in internet communities
  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or greater
  • Exceptionally strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and conscientious work habits
  • Strong analytical ability and solid problem-solving skills
  • Experience documenting business/functional requirements
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
